The Warehouse Worker - Inventory Control team member will perform a variety of functions that may include performing daily bin walk and cycle count, processing credits and returns, executing bin maintenance procedures, researching errors,  as well as auditing orders & warehouse processes.

What you will be doing:

  • •          Complete and Reconcile Bin Walk Daily

    •          Investigate and reconcile Bin Walk errors

    •          Complete daily cycle count from bin walk

    •          Make Cycle count adjustments

    •          Put away all credits and returns (communicate with shift)

    •          Investigate and put away all bump outs

    •          Work with supervisors to reduce and eliminate errors that cause bump outs

    •          Audit Misc. bins on a weekly basis

    •          Set  up new items (Ti/HI, Bin Type, location)

    •          Audit Bin Maintenance

    •          Bin status error log

    •          Research mis-picks and receiving errors (along with shift supervisors)

    •          Handle all split pack adjustments

    •          Audit orders and warehouse processes as need

    •          Support Inventory Control Supervisor with preparation for annual inventory

    •          Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements to be successful:

A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required

2+ years of warehouse/distribution experience is preferred

Lift heavy objects (up to 60 – 75 pounds) with or without reasonable accommodations for the entire shift

Work regularly at a height of up to 26 feet above the ground (with use of provided safety equipment/processes/training)

Overtime will be required based on business needs

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

As400/iSeries experience preferred, particularly inventory/receiving functions

Self-starter with ability to multi-task

Ability to perform clerical and administrative duties with speed and accuracy under limited supervision

Must be detail oriented and a problem solver

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
