Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the primary focus of this role is to effectively conceptualize, design and develop print/web graphics, ad layout and CMS based sites for marketing and ecommerce projects. The Graphic / Web Designer will have strong communication, organization, creativity, cutting edge design skills in order to support R3 Safety initiatives. This position engages with internal and external partners to ensure all ecommerce, e-catalogs, sales support material, and all other medias meet design standards and trends. This is an exciting new role with room for growth requiring diligent management of multiple concurrent work queues operating under ambitious deadlines.
  • Proficiency in graphic design platforms
  • Creation of cutting edge marketing collateral, Illustration capabilities, photo editing, and promotional items
  • High End Professional Web Design
  • Development of tradeshow graphics
  • Marketing support as needed
  • Design, develop, and maintain sites within website

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent required
  • 3-5 years experience in the related field preferred
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) required
  • Motivated self-starter with the interpersonal skills required to work with others in a collaborative environment
  • Expert in creative and business writing to include a strong command of grammar and punctuation
  • Previous experience CRM, and product databases a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office Software
  • Must possess strong communication, planning, organizational and time management skills
