BUNZL IS KEEPING BUSINESSES MOVING
This position is responsible for managing a range of activities related to employee/labor relations and other Human Resources functions. These functions include responsibility for developing, interpreting, recommending and implementing program goals and
objectives, policies and procedures and courses of action.
Responsibilities:
- Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all regional company personnel
- Administers compensation program; monitors performance evaluation program
- Act as consultant and coach to management and employees in the are of Employee Relations; conducts exit interviews
- Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, including conducting new employee orientation, and monitoring future employee career paths
- Administer regional Workers' Compensation programs coordinating with the branch Warehouse Managers and branch Office Managers
- Works with Payroll/Benefits Administrators to resolve any issues or investigation of compensation issue
- Maintains records, reports and logs to conform to EEO regulations
- Maintains Human Resources Information System records and compiles reports from database
- Responsible for facilitation in-house management training and coordinating various other training programs
- Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws and outside regulations and regulatory agencies
