BUNZL IS KEEPING BUSINESSES MOVING
This position will work full time with 40 hours per week working with the Accounting Department; as well as general administrative duties for the management staff.
Responsibilities:
  • Process branch expenses by coding and entering expense invoices and expense reports
  • Communicate with vendors and branches for problem resolution
  • Organize and scan documents into the scanning/imaging system
  • Assist finance team on special projects and ad-hoc analyses
  • Provide overall administrative support, including preparation of spreadsheets, documents, reports and presentations as directed
  • Assist office with general tasks, office support and other projects as assigned
  • Produce accurate quality work, while making efficient use of time and resources

Job Requirements

  • College degree required (BA, BS or AA) with 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience required
  • Must have basic keypunch skills and AS400 experience (or basic understanding)
  • Detailed orientated, organized with the ability to work independently to meet demanding deadlines
  • Ability to analyze information and determine appropriate action or to transfer pervious learning to current situations
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and an aptitude to learn new software and technologies
