The Purchasing Admin. will be responsible for processing supplier invoices and will work closely with buyers to ensure that discrepancies in inventory and payments to vendors is handled in a timely manner.

  • Data analytics and processing of supplier invoices
  • Work closely with replenishment buyers to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure payment to vendors according to established payment terms
  • Utilize accounting software to accomplish day to day job requirements
  • Work closely with category management and replenishment buyers on strategy execution
  • Maintains relationships with supplier’s accounting and customer service teams
  • Facilitate relationships with replenishment buyers
  • Ability to deal with challenging workload and schedules
  • Work closely with the pricing and data teams to achieve branch goals


  • Bachelor\u0027s degree is desired or expecting a BA/BS degree within a year
  • Experience in purchasing, supply chain or relevant business experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office
  • Must be able to multi-task and must be detail oriented
  • Must be a problem solver and demonstrate good negotiation skills
