The Branch Accounting Manager will track and evaluate day-to-day activities and be responsible for managing the accounting team on day-to-day operations. This person will work closely with the Financial Controller to ensure that all accounting functions are operating at acceptable performance levels.


  • Manage and oversee all branch accounting functions
  • Manage accounting staff in day to day operations
  • Hands on involvement and processing of all accounting functions
  • Process and audit Market rebate and contract claims
  • Ensure that rebate and contract claims are handled in a timely manner
  • Process and audit Market Trade Discount functions
  • Oversees the AP, AR and cash functions
  • General ledger account reconciliations
  • Assist with both internal and external audits as required
  • Assist with Market HR functions as needed
  • Work with the Market Vice President and Financial Controller with ensuring the accounting department functions are operating at performance levels within acceptable stated metrics
  • Develop and evaluate employees; evaluate performance and workloads; determine work priority, implement changes to improve productivity and increase efficiencies
  • Heavily involved with ME processes


  • Bachelor\u0027s degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • A minimum of two years of accounting experience or its equivalent.
  • Hands-on management experience, working with multi branch company
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word and Adagio experience is a plus
