  • Follow established weekly cycle counting processes for labels,blanks and finished goods
  • Receive(flush) printing label/upc’s completed work orders into JDE daily and in a timely manner
  • Assist with flushing and ship confirming work orders when needed
  • Tracks and validates movements for labels/upc’s within JDE. Assigns and audits locations in JDE for labels
  • Assists with inventory discrepancies and recounts Knowledge of ERP system (preferably JD Edwards)
  • Assist with annual physical inventories Generate weekly variance reports on inventories
  • Assist with daily UPS shipments
  • Assist with freight quotes
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Assist in all cycle count programs and ensure consistency, accuracy, and research all operational problems in inventory
  • Maintain records of all variances according to established procedures and ensure accuracy of all product transfers from one facility to other
  • Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain records of all cycle counts completed
  • Monitor all inventory transactions and provide required feedback to team on root cause on discrepancies found
  • Run report and post accuracy stats daily
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties such as arranging files and mail correspondence as instructed
  • Perform all computer functions related to receipts, transfers, and adjustments to inventory


  • 2-3 years in a warehouse environment, with exposure to inventory control processes
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes within JDE
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Must possess good communication skills and have the ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to follow Cool Pak established safety,GMP and 5S guidelines
  • Fork truck certification a plus
  • Basic computer skills(Outlook,Word,Excel) including ability to navigate within JDE ERP system
  • Able to deal with change in job duties at any time throughout the day
  • Must be very organized and detailed oriented
  • Strong teamwork, problem solving skills, documentation skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are a must
  • Warehouse experience a plus
